With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mable Beatrice Somerville of Bridgeport, West Virginia, who passed away on December 31, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Shirley Cole and Ethel Beatrice Kirkpatrick Cole; her husband Ronzel R. Somerville; and her brothers, Holbert Vance Cole and Herbert Lawson Cole.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Lynn Somerville Aloi (Nick) of Bridgeport and Douglas Ray Somerville (Amy Mattox) of Crawfordsville, IN; her grandchildren, Logan Somerville, Franchesca Aloi, Brandon Somerville, Shane Somerville and Savanna Mattox; and her sister Mary Virginia Cole Sommerville of Belmont. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Burnside Funeral Home (607 S Virginia Ave, Bridgeport, WV 26330). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
