She was predeceased by: her mother Helen Jean Barr Harbert; her grandparents, Ruby, Donald Barr, Thomas and Irene Harbert; her uncle Noah Barr; and her aunt Jessie Taylor.
She is survived by: her father Edward W. Harbert of Bridgeport; her husband Mike Ramsey; her children, Michelle Ramsey (Brian Mitchell) of Goodhope and Logan Ramsey (Natalie Tracey) of Shinnston; her granddaughter Cheyenne Ramsey; and her siblings, Lori K. Grogg of Bridgeport, Bobbi J. Kellerman (Jim) of Shinnston and Edward "Chip" Harbert (Linda) of Bridgeport.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Burnside Funeral Home (607 S Virginia Ave, Bridgeport, WV 26330). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
