She was predeceased by: her father Robert Morris; and her husband Marvin Dean Palmer. She is survived by: her children, Betsy A Straley Mount Clare (Russ), Stephen R Montgomery (Carolyn) and Robert Dean Palmer (Lynn Ehmann) of Phoenix, AZ; her grandchildren, Matthew Dutchess (Julie), Amy Miller (David) and Kaleb Straley; her great grandchildren, Colton Dutchess, Grey Everett, Jameson Miller and Ellie Miller; her brothers, Robert M Jackman Jr. of Apollo, PA and Neil Jackman (Kathy) of Hamilton, OH; and her nieces and nephews, Kelly Land, Dona Cross, Scott Jackman and David Jackman.
