It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lemuel D. Abbott of Bridgeport, West Virginia, born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 10, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Abbott and Jessie June Abbott; his daughter Kim; and his daughter-in-law Gwynn. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Abbott; his children, Rhonda (David), Alvin (Brenda), Junior, Wayne (Sherri), David and J. L. (Mit); and his siblings, Alvin, Jr. (Vonda), Lanell, Sarah and Patsy Ann. He is also survived by 28 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren.
