She was predeceased by: her parents, Alva Meade and Elizabeth Mary Rhodes Tannehill; her husband Kenneth Raymond Winters, Sr.; her sister Sara Frances Tannehill Crouse; her children, Neil Alan Winters, Kenneth R. Winters II and Kim Elaine Winters; her great grandchild James Fox Harris; and her daughter-in-law Christina Taylor Winters.
She is survived by: her sons, James David Winters (Sarah Prince Winters) of Clarksburg and Craig Tannehill Winters of Bridgeport; her grandchildren, Meade Gaston Winters (Kiley Daughtery) and Elizabeth Paige Winters Harris (Shane Fox Harris) of Hurricane; and her great grandchildren, Emily Paige Winters, Abigail and Addison Daughtery. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
