It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kasey Emmett Wertheim of Bridgeport, West Virginia, who passed away on March 7, 2025, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Pat A. Wertheim of Arlington, TX and Bonnie Keyes Wertheim of Tucson, AZ.; his wife Angela M. Justice Wertheim; his children, Krystelle Gilbert (Austin) of Martinsburg, WV, Kira Sprouse (Eric) of Bridgeport, Emily Byrnside of Bridgeport and Alex Byrnside of Bridgeport; his siblings, Kerry Wertheim of Lebanon, CT and Katrina Wertheim Willey of Brunswick, ME; and his nieces and nephews, Jessie, Eli, Jocelyn and Maynard.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Fellowship Bible Church (70 Deegan Lake Dr, Bridgeport, WV 26330). A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
As a result, memorial contributions may be made in Kasey's memory to the Clarksburg Mission, 312 North 4th Street, Clarksburg, WV 26301.
