He is survived by: his parents, Joseph William Powell of Bridgeport, WV. and Dolores Wilda Powell (McKinney) of Bridgeport, WV.; his wife Kathy Powell (Pierce); his children, Jeffrey Morrison, Janet Williamson of Mt Morris, PA, Craig Morrison (Lauren) of Kenna, WV, Donald Powell (Renee) of Bridgeport, WV, Andrew Powell of Bridgeport, WV and Alicia Morrison of Jane Lew, WV; his grandchildren, Travis, Andrew Williamson, Maddie Gillespie, Naudia, Addi, Lila Morrison, Aubrey and Preston Powell; his siblings, Stephen R. Powell (Vickie Powell) of Morgantown, WV and Tina Powell of Fairfax, VA; and his nieces, Elizabeth Powell and Sarah Powell Graeffe. He is also survived by nephew, David More; and many friends.
