He is survived by: his son Kolton Shamblin of Washington, PA; his parents, Terry Shamblin and Anita Hayes Shamblin of Clendenin, WV; and his aunts and uncles, Kim Shamblin Morgan of Bridgeport, Kim Dingess (Roger) of Elkview, WV, Thondra Beezel (Rodney) of Elkview, Teresa Cobble of Mineral, VA, Richard Hayes of Elkview and John Hayes of Elkview.
