He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jean Robinson Lytle and John E. Elsey; his wife Donna; and his daughters, Samantha Elsey Taylor (Tim) of Pittsburgh and Dr. Jaclyn Elsey Rominger (Johnnie) of Bridgeport.
