He was predeceased by: his parents, Enoch Worthington Palmer and Garnett Elizabeth Carpenter Palmer; and his brother James Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Juanita Myers Palmer; and his children, John Palmer (Cathy) of Cleveland, OH, Jeff Palmer (Kaye) of Bridgeport, James Palmer (Betsy) of Sissonville and Juanita Calvert (Daniel) of Clarksburg. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
