He was predeceased by: his parents, William Stutts and Jessie Macks Thompson Stutts; his former wife Esther Ruth Smith Stutts; and his siblings, Lucius Kelly Stutts, Ross Eugene Stutts, Emeal Stutts, Norvelle Miranda Stutts Lloyd, Estelle Betty Stutts Cashion, Sue Moore Stutts Holdsclaw, William Gordon Stutts, Mack Washam Stutts, Kress Coke Stutts, Latt Taylor Stutts, Treva Bessie Stutts Smith and Joe Brooks Stutts.
He is survived by: his daughters, Beth Saymon (George) of Bridgeport, WV, Carla Isenhart (Kevin) of Chandler, AZ and Karen Smith (Stephen) of Bremerton, WA; his grandchildren, George Saymon IV (MacKenzie), Megan Smith, Zachary Smith and Amanda Klenk (Matthew); and his wife Ruthie.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that a donation be made to a charity of your choosing, or a memorial contribution to the US Army Historical Foundation, which was Jesse's favorite charity.
