It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jeffery McVaney of Bridgeport, West Virginia, born in Clarksburg, West Virginia, who passed away on September 2, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jules McVaney and Betty McClung McVaney of Bridgeport; his wife Jenny McVaney; his children, Kristy Cunningham (Rocco) of Clarksburg and Justin McVaney (Catherine Marie) of San Antonio, TX; his grandchildren, Abigail Lynn, Jeffery Michael and Lauren Elizabeth; his siblings, Susan Dahmer (John) of Fairfax Station, VA and David McVaney (Londa) of Stonewood, WV; and his nieces and nephews, Stephanie, Lee Brewer, Jennifer Beyreuther (late Brian) and Allison Moore Mathis.
A recipient of a pancreas and kidney organ donation in 2008, he was an advocate of organ donation. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to CORE http://www.core.org or Simpson Creek Baptist Church, 231 W. Philadelphia Avenue, Bridgeport.
