He is survived by: his wife Karla Gail Sprout Small; his stepchildren, Bradley Greathouse, Tammy, Stephen Greathouse, Arienne of Dayton, OH, Kari Shingleton and Robbie; his stepgrandchildren, Dylan, Adyson, Kaylin Greathouse, Kinley and Kaimry Shingleton; his sister Carol Harman of Atlantic City, NJ; his nieces, Debbie Johnson (Richard), Marsha Powers (Richard), Kimberly Martin (Dennis) and Kathryn Smith (Richard); and his nephew Herbert Hartman Jr. (Soza). He is also survived by ten great nieces and nephews.
