James Lacaria Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Lacaria of Bridgeport, West Virginia, who passed away on March 20, 2025, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Lacaria to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore "Sam" Lacaria and Mary Lacaria (Scarcelli); and his parents-in-law, Caesar and Lena Maseda (Ovsak). He is survived by: his wife Maureen Lacaria (Maseda); his children, Sam Lacaria of Bridgeport, WV, James "Jimmy" Lacaria of Bridgeport, WV and Maria Lacaria of Bridgeport, WV; his siblings, Joann Barger (Jeff) of Bridgeport, WV, Donna Wilson (Jimmy) of Nashville, TN, Sam J. Lacaria (Tammy) of Bridgeport, WV, Christopher "Chris" Lacaria of Kingsland, GA and Mary Ann Cincinnati of Martinsburg, WV; his siblings-in-law, Monica Bockelmann (Pete) of Bridgeport, WV, Regina Harris of Clarksburg, WV and Gary Maseda of Dayton, MD; and his aunt Rose Pugh of Alexandria, VA. He is also survived by several cousins, and nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Davis Funeral Home (124 Olen Thomas Dr, Clarksburg, WV 26301). A prayer will be held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (126 W Pike St, Clarksburg, WV 26301).
