It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Holbert (Bridgeport, West Virginia), born in Clarksburg, West Virginia, who passed away on October 1, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Grace Pearl Holbert (Patton) and Smith Franklin Holbert; and his wife Carolyn Sue Caldwell Holbert. He is survived by: his children, James "Pat" Holbert, II (Rebecca Morlock) of Meadowbrook, Russell T. "Rusty" Holbert of Bridgeport and Kelli Dawn Clark (Michael) of Hepzibah; his grandchildren, Justin Holbert, Ryan Holbert, Tanner Holbert, McKinley Clark, Brookelyn Clark, Manning Clark and Jason Swiger; his great grandchildren, Jonah Case Riggs, Brooklynn Marie Holbert, Emma Kate Holbert, Grace Holbert, CJ Holbert and Karson Holbert; his sister Ruth Lewis of Maryland; and his siblings-in-law, Eilene Harris of Erie and David Stull. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
