He was predeceased by: his parents, Arndell Duncan and Derha Duncan; his daughter Tina; and his brother Rondell Duncan. He is survived by: his wife Janet Anderson Duncan; his children, Dee Ann Sturm (Frank) and James Duncan, Jr. (Tracy); his grandchildren, Larry Johnson (Kerri), Kristin Suplita (Daniel), Katelyn Duncan (Dylan), Brandon, Landon and Brooke Sturm; his great grandchildren, Mazzy, Milania, Gionni, Maverick, Brock and Brakelle; and his brothers, Edwin and Dennis Duncan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
