He is survived by: his children, Connie Sue Zebley (Jeffrey) of Laurel Valley, Stephen Wayne Paugh (April) of Philippi, Larry Eugene Paugh (Candi Custer) and Elaine Beth Harsh (Randy) of Philippi; his granddaughter Jennifer Brinkerhoff (Andy) of Laurel Valley; his children, Jessica Kovalck (Jason) of Laurel Valley, Jason Paugh (Lisa Pennington) of Mt. Clare and Cevin Paugh (Amanda) of Philippi; his great grandchildren, Chloe Owens, Lyla Brinkerhoff, James Paugh, Kaylee Paugh, Isabella Paugh and Diana Paugh; his sister Judy Paugh; his sister-in-law Helen Paugh; and his nephews, Vinson Paugh and Edward Paugh, Jr..
