He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Vivier Wine; his grandchildren, Sara Goff, Michael Wine and Zach Wine; his great grandchildren, Chelsea, Xavier, Ashton, Laylah, Arielle, Tristan and Micah; and his nieces, Cynthia Parks of Alexandria, VA and Terri Martin of Haymarket, VA. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews and cousins.
