He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul "Jake" Walter Johnson and Colleen Callison Johnson; his grandparents, James, Hazel Callison and Florence; and his brother Jimmy Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patty" McDaniel Johnson; his son Harry Carl Johnson (Regina "Jeannie"); and his siblings, Jerry, Randy, Larry, Cathy Roy and Tammy Christopher.
