He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Rudolph and Sally Larue Dean Price. He is survived by: his daughter Rebecca Ann Starnes (John); his granddaughter Kellie Smarr (William) of Chilhowie, VA; his great grandchild Ashtyn Smarr; and his brothers, Stewart Price (Caroline) of Easley, SC and Bruce Douglas Price (Laurie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
