With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Geraldine Louise Simon of Bridgeport, West Virginia, born in Clarksburg, West Virginia, who passed away on March 6, 2023 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Geraldine Louise Simon to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearl Flannery and Dona May Clutter Flannery; her sons, David Andrew Simon and Tommy Simon; and her siblings, Ben Flannery (Jo), Richard Flannery, Ralph Flannery (Myrtle), Dorothy Jones (Harold), Betty Ribas (Manuel) and Frances Serafini.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas R. "Tom" Simon; her sons, Stephen Simon (Tracie) of Clarksburg and Robert Simon of Dunmore, WV; her grandchildren, Andrew Thomas Simon, Stephen Noah Simon and Christian William Simon; and her sister-in-law Jean Dupont. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Sacred Heart Children's Center, P. O. Box 1581, Clarksburg WV 26302-1581.
