He is survived by: his wife Margaret Mayo (Woods); his children, Steve Mayo (Carol) of Dublin, OH, Becky Alastanos (Mike) of Bridgeport, WV, Nancy White (Jeff) of Alexandria, KY and David Mayo (Lisa) of Dublin, OH.; his siblings, Louise Jacobs and H. W. "Bill" Mayo; and his grandchildren, Tiffany, Jennifer Alastanos, Allen, Marybeth, Sarah, Louie, Ben Mayo, Jessie Erickson (Jon), Sydney, Rachel, Taylor White, Grace, Lindsay and Marie Mayo.
