Frances Joan Kinney Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 17, 2021, at the age of 81, Frances Joan Kinney (Bridgeport, West Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Shuman and Ruth Goff Shuman; her daughter-in-law Marty Kaepplein Kinney; and her siblings, William Shuman and Lenora Shuman Kelley.
She is survived by: her husband Carl L. Kinney; her sons, Michael L. Kinney (Lillianne) of Mechanicsville, VA and Jonathan A. Kinney (Patricia) of Bridgeport, WV; her grandchildren, Dr. Olivia Kinney, Dr. Eric Kinney (Alexandra) and Sarah Kinney; her stepgrandchildren, Natan Cohen (Tammy) and Katrielle Cohen; her brother Robert Shuman (Carolyn); and her sister-in-law Lueva. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
