It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Flodene R. Marteney (Bridgeport, West Virginia), born in Weston, West Virginia, who passed away on April 6, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Franz Rastle; her husband Kenneth K. Marteney; her daughter Cheryl Ann Marteney; and her brothers, Leon Rastle and Keith Rastle.
She is survived by: her parent Lulu Snyder Rastle; her son Alan Marteney (Debi) of Dover, DE; her grandsons, Kenneth Fischer (Ana) of Philadelphia, PA and Josh Bryant (Marielle) of Baltmore, MD; and her friends, Gene Allen (Gwen) of Bridgeport, WV and Diana Bedell of Bridgeport, WV. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family requests donations be made in Flodene's memory to the Bridgeport United Methodist Church Permanent Fund or the Bridgeport United Methodist Women at 251 Worthington Drive, Bridgeport, WV 26330.
