She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Digman and Pearl Digman (Moss); her husband Donald Dobbins; and her siblings, Mildred Athey, Robert Digman and James Digman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Bridget Fouse (Robert) of Bridgeport and Sheila Dempsey (Shaun) of Jane Lew; her granddaughters, Stacy Fouse (Jason Davis) and Holly Allen (Brady); her great grandchildren, Gage, Nate, Brogan and Edie; and her siblings, Evalue Fluharty of Mannington and Charles Digman (LaVonne) of Danville, VA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
