He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Edward Williams and Virginia Alice Williams Boone; his son-in-law Robert Martin; his sisters, Nina Lee Leisure (Harley), Ina Ruth Frazier (James) and Jeanette Irene Catlett (Joseph); and his half-brother William "Bud" Boone (Karen).
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Losh; and his children, Aaron Leroy Williams (Cindy) of Umatilla, FL and Barbara Chrystine Williams Martin. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
