Emily Elizabeth Conner Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emily Elizabeth Conner of Bridgeport, West Virginia, born in Anmoore, West Virginia, who passed away on January 5, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Forest Hathaway and Hattie M. Davisson Hathaway; her husband William Carl "Trapper" Conner; her son Rodney Conner; and her siblings, Earl Hathaway (Marjorie), Durwood Hathaway (Vivian) and Lillian Hoskinson (Guyle).
She is survived by: her children, Diantha "Dee" Hilton (Tom) of Bridgeport, R. Kim Conner, MD (Beverley) of Vestavia Hills, AL, Stephanie Cross of Clarksburg, Tommy Conner (Jeanie) of Knottsville, K. Scott Conner (Eva) of Bridgeport and Eric D. Conner of Bridgeport; her grandchildren, JT Hilton (Carol), Amanda Hilton, Shawn Conner, Katherine Conner, Amy Bowen (Scott), Mike Cross, Courtney Bolyard, Nathan Bolyard, Morgan Conner, Trent Conner and Trey Conner; her great grandchildren, Emma Cross, Ethan Cross, Gabriella Cross and William Cross; and her sister-in-law Carol Conner of Marion County. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19 concerns, masks are highly urged and recommended for the visitation at the funeral home and for the funeral service at the church.
