She is survived by: her siblings, Richard Waugh (Debora) of North Carolina, Nelson F. Waugh, Nelsona Waugh of Clarksburg and Betty Waugh of Clarksburg; her nephew Vaughn Waugh; her nieces, Athena Blair, Angela Blair and Janessa Waugh; and her close friends, Reita Harper and Ava O'Dell. She is also survived by great-nieces, great-nephews, and great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.
