He is survived by: his wife Norma Gibson Blayney; his daughter Beth Herron (James "Jimbo") of Bridgeport, WV; his grandchildren, Allyson Herron of Washington, D. C. and James "Bo" Herron of Bridgeport, WV; and his brother Jack Blayney (Mary) of Coropolis, PA. He is also survived by four nieces and one nephew.
