He is survived by: his wife Barbara Wright Sigley; his children, Pamela Nutt (Christopher) of Clarksburg, Amy Zannino (Brian) of Bridgeport and Clarence Sigley, Jr.; his grandchildren, Braden Zannino and Cameron Zannino; his aunt Joy Anderson; and his brother James Simons. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
