She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Wriker and Pearl Laux Reel; and her daughter Amanda Lewis. She is survived by: her husband Dwight Lewis; her children, Tracy Lewis (Chuck Clem), Amy Lewis, Brandie Lewis (Jeremy Hess), Ricky Dean (Jessica), Chad Lewis (Janelle) and Dwight Lewis Jr. (Heather); and her siblings, Kandie Hess, Bonnie Slomer, Debbie Wriker, Rhonda Teets, Ronald Wriker, Steve Reel, Tommy Reel and J. Reel.
