He is survived by: his children, Heather Compton McNally, Julie Compton Bearden (Travis) and Charles "Chad" Edward Compton IV (Stephanie Thomas); his grandchildren, Emma McNally, Jaxson McNally of Gianna Bearden, T. J, Charlee Pereira, Brennan Pereira and River Compton; his siblings, Kevin Compton (Robin), Scott Compton (Margaret) and Deborah Compton Debs (Steve); and his stepsiblings, Arlene Rokisky Iaquinta (Larry), Robert "Bobbie" Rokisksy (Beth), Tim Rokisky (Marie), Dan Rokisky (Jennifer) and Amy Rokisky Oswald (Steve).
