We are sad to announce that on January 23, 2023, at the age of 41, Chad Ashby Ballard of Bridgeport, West Virginia, born in Clarksburg, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jack Ballard, Clifford Martin and Virginia Martin. He is survived by: his parents, Timothy Tim Ballard of Bridgeport and Shelley Martin Ballard of Bridgeport; his son Trenton Ashby Ballard; his grandmother Christine Richardson Bobbs; his stepmother Tina Ballard; and his half-brother Cody Shae Ballard.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Harrison County Humane Society, 2450 Saltwell Road, Shinnston, WV 26431.
