It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carolyn Burnside of Bridgeport, West Virginia, born in Clarksburg, West Virginia, who passed away on July 2, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her daughters, Kate Burnside (Stan Wotring) of Bridgeport and Mary Wade Burnside Triplett (Arnold Sennett Triplett) of Morgantown; her grandson Patrick W. S. Finley (Kristen); her great grandchild Evan of Palmyra, NJ; her cousin Sharla "Sisty" Reynolds Gardner (Dick Gardner) of Jamestown, NC; her sister-in-law Mary Frances Gaylord Loy (John Loy) of Clinton, NY; and her friends, Anne Davis, Mary Lou Jones, Ann Kennedy and Kay Underwood. She is also survived by four nieces.
