It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Whiteman (Bridgeport, West Virginia), who passed away on October 16, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Isaac Carpenter; her son-in-law Randall Moore; and her siblings, Nellie Dodd, Dorothy Goldsmith, Clarence, William and Bernard Carpenter.
She is survived by: her parent Virginia Criss Carpenter; her husband Delmas Whiteman; her daughters, Pamela Moore of Marshville and Susan Grimes (Patrick) of Nutter Fort; and her grandsons, Klay Moore and Nathaniel Grimes.
