He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry S. Holbert and Beatrice E. Holbert (Matheny); his daughter Moriah Alexandra-Elaine Holbert; and his sister Linda Sue Holbert McCray. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his son Jonathan (Christine) of Philadelphia, PA.; his siblings, Harry A. Holbert (Martha) of Enterprise, Arnold E. Holbert (Diana) of Shinnston and Deborah Jo Miller (Paul) of Friendly, WV; and his brother-in-law James McCray, II of Enterprise. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Arthur "Binky" Stanley Holbert, 61, of Twinsburg, Ohio, and formerly of Clarksburg, joined his precious daughter Moriah and sister Linda in Heaven on Sunday, December 12, 2021, following a battle with COVID-19.
