She is survived by: her children, Tamra Diaz (Raymond "Duke" Tackett) of Clarksburg and Ted Lopez (Crystal) of Bridgeport; her grandchildren, Alyssa West (Kory), Zachary Lopez and Sophia Lopez (Jacob Shia); her great grandchildren, Layla West, Stella and Piper Lopez; her sister Diana Shablack Sandy of Clarksburg; her niece Jodi McClung Barberio; and her caregivers, Kim Kelley, Brenda Mayle, Tracy Coakley and Amy Hedrick. She is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, cousins.
