We are sad to announce that on January 14, 2022, at the age of 83, Alexander Charles Alex of Bridgeport, West Virginia, born in Clarksburg, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Alex and Agoro Alex (Samaras); his sister Evangeline Alex Pappas; his brother-in-law Gus William Pappas; and his nephews, Charles Gus Pappas and Michael Gus Pappas.
He is survived by: his wife Maria (Koutsobaris); his sons, Constantine (Stephanie), Peter (Peggi) and Nicholas; his grandchildren, Maria of Bridgeport, WV, Michael of Bridgeport, WV, Ana Alex of Bridgeport, WV and Sophia Alex of Bridgeport, WV; his brother George Charles Alex of Burr Ridge, IL; and his brother-in-law George Koutsobaris (Rhonda) of Duck Creek. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to St. Spyridon Greek Orthodox Church, P.O. Box 4176, Clarksburg, WV 26302.
