She was predeceased by: her parent Mervin Lamb; and her brother Stan Lamb. She is survived by: her parent Janie Pitsenbarger Lamb; her husband Buddy Neil; her sons, Dwane Neil of Clarksburg and Larry Neil of Clarksburg; her sisters, Mary Ruth Armentrout of Pendleton Manor and Myrtle Napier of Maryland Three; and her grandchildren, Tiffany Neil, Dwane Neil, Jr. and Cody Neil.
