She was predeceased by: her parent Mervin Lamb. She is survived by: her parent Janie Pitsenbarger Lamb; her husband Buddy Neil; her sons, Dwane Neil and Larry Neil of Clarksburg; her sisters, Mary Ruth Armentrout of Pendleton Manor, Franklin and Myrtle Napier of Maryland Three; her grandchildren, Tiffany Neil, Dwane Neil, Jr. and Cody Neil A; and her brother Stan Lamb. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
