Ashby; his significant other Marilyn Sims of Brandywine; his children, Anthony Todd "Tony" Peer (Karen) of Brandywine, Toby Lee Peer (Kim) of Hagerstown, MD, Michael Sims (Lori) of Louisville, KY and Stephanie Wilson (Larry) of Fairmont, WV; his brother Curtis Gilmore "Buddy" Peer (Mary) of Wiley Ford, WV; his half-brother Billy Peer (Tana) of Ridgeley, WV; and his grandchildren, Nikki of Brianna, TJ, Sara Peer, Kaitlyn, Tyler Wilson, Ellis and Joseph Sims. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
