He is survived by: his wife Betty Gail Hartman (Rexrode); his daughters, Krista Dawn Simmons (Jeffrey) of Brandywine, WV and Kim Stanchfield (Rusty Wieber) of Linville, VA; his siblings, Patsy Munneke of Harrisonburg, VA and Bill Hartman; his grandchildren, Jeni Cook and Brandon Simmons; and his great grandchildren, Wyatt and Avery Cook.
