We are sad to announce that on December 17, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Eleanor M. Hoover (Brandywine, West Virginia), born in Franklin, West Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie Cowger and Hazel Hussey; her husband Bobby Lee Hoover; and her son Danny Lee Hoover. She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Charlotte Propst Hoover of Sugar Grove, WV; her granddaughter Danielle Hoover (Jamie); and her great grandchildren, Dani Ruth Hoover and Charlee Marie Hoover. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
