He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Ralph and Beulah Elisabeth Hoover (Moyers); and his brothers, Dr. Raymond Medford Hoover and Olin Louis Hoover. He is survived by: his wife Lorena Hoover (Bodkin); and his son Gregory Wayne Hoover of Brandywine, WV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Basagic Funeral Home (826 Blue Gray Trail, Franklin, WV 26807). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Basagic Funeral Home Chapel (826 Blue Gray Trail, Franklin, WV 26807).
