He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Jean Crites, Lisa Sue Egnor and Linda Mae Walden; and his grandchildren, Sharon Nicole Pack, John Wesley Walden, Lisa Nicole Jeffers, Daniel Lawrence Walden, Megan Danielle White, Desiree Jean Cooper and Charles Howard William Pack.
