He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward "Bobie" Roy and Gladys Thacker Roy; his significant other Myra; his siblings, Denver, Dencil, Charles, Willis, Willie and Lillie Watts; his children, Carol Sue Smith, Margaret Brown and Freddie McClellan; and his grandsons, Henry and Matthew Smith.
He is survived by: his siblings, Hazel Plumley and Donald Roy (Charlotte) of Branchland, WV.; and his grandchildren, Sherry Castle (Mike) of Inez, KY, Teresa Miller (Buddy) of West Hamlin, WV, Angela McClellan of Hamlin, WV, Stacy Adkins (Billy) of Hamlin, WV, Kimberley Pinkerman of North Carolina, Tina Glass (Marcus) of North Carolina, Charlene Hall of North Carolina and Benjamin Hall of Huntington, WV. He is also survived by grandkids, great-great grandkids, nieces, nephews, loved ones, family and friends.
