He is survived by: his parent Nancy Clark Smith; his wife Donna Simpkins Smith; his children, Cotton Smith, Eary Brammer of Branchland, Erica Lycans of Branchland and Olivia Lycans of Branchland; his grandchildren, Felicity Young, David Young (Bubby), Elizabeth Lycans and Emma Brammer; and his siblings, Howard Smith of Cleveland, OH and Yzetta Smith of West Hamlin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
