He is survived by: his children, LaDonna Clay Johnson (Tim), Hubert Jessie Clay Jr., David Lee Clay (Gina), Andy Ray Clay (Diana) and Jennifer Anna Terry (Greg); and his siblings, Duane, Timmy, Bobby, Laura, Vickie and Joyce. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and a host of great grandchildren.
