He is survived by: his wife Lillie "Mae" Fulks; his brothers, Hobert Fulks and Eddie Fulks; his children, Jason Fulks (Chandra) and Andrea LeMaster (Ryan); and his grandchildren, Hunter Johnson, Angel Johnson, Ashley Johnson, Dylan LeMaster, Jenna LeMaster, Kirby LeMaster, Ayden LeMaster, Landon LeMaster, Miranda Clark, Noah Dunlap, Heather Holdren, Eathan Adkins, Samantha Desparrois and Sidney Clay.
