He was predeceased by: his brother Neal Adkins; and his sister-in-law Lucy Adkins. He is survived by: his parents, Raymond Jarrell and Betty Jane Adkins; and his siblings, Raymond "RJ" Adkins Jr. and Marcie Holton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
